Novoszel Erich

Was born 1955, is an Austrian artist with Croat roots, who studied at the Vienna University for Applied Arts and at the Tokyo University of Fine Arts (Geidai).

Mainly a painter, he started to make room installations in 1993.
For this particular project, realized in September and October 2000, he was able to use a whole house, that was already designated for demolition. He created installations in several rooms, a.o. using materials. which the former tenants left when they had to move out.
